AsylumTracker organizes public government records into searchable judge, court, nationality, timeline, and detention views. The goal is to make denominators, source dates, and methodology visible so applicants, attorneys, researchers, journalists, and the public can understand historical patterns without treating them as predictions.
Core immigration-court statistics are derived from public records in the EOIR FOIA Library and are cross-referenced with EOIR's published adjudication statistics. Some detention pages use FOIA-obtained government records and identify that scope on the page. AsylumTracker is an independent information tool; it is not part of DOJ, EOIR, USCIS, ICE, or any immigration court.
The interactive web tool reads current public aggregates from Supabase. Static research pages display their own source snapshot date. Visit the data center for downloads and definitions.
Historical rates cannot predict a case outcome and do not replace legal advice. They do not fully control for case facts, representation, nationality mix, judge assignment, procedural posture, legal changes, transfers, or source-data errors. Always read the denominator and scope beside the headline percentage.
