AsylumTracker is an immigration court data analytics application. We limit personal data collection and protect your privacy.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal information such as name, email, or phone number from free users. We do not track your location, sell user data, or use third-party advertising SDKs.
Account and Subscription Data
If you create an account or subscribe to premium features, we may process your email address, authentication status, and subscription status. Purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit.
Usage and Court Data
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics and crash information to improve the app. Immigration court data shown in the app comes from public EOIR records and does not contain private user data.
Storage and Third Parties
Authentication and app data are stored with Supabase using encrypted connections and row-level security. Third-party services include Apple for purchases and Supabase for backend storage and authentication.
Your Rights
You may request account deletion, data export, or analytics opt-out by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
