The underlying case-data releases are published in the official EOIR FOIA Library; EOIR also publishes a separate Workload and Adjudication Statistics page. The court file here reflects the current aggregate snapshot used by AsylumTracker. Nationality rows use the published 2020–2026 subset and may omit small court-year cells because source publication thresholds protect privacy. The files contain aggregates only; they do not include names, A-numbers, or other personal identifiers.
Historical outcomes are descriptive. They do not control for representation, case facts, judge assignment, procedural posture, or changing law and policy. See the grant-rate methodology and editorial and corrections policy.
